This 3-month new client coaching package is for the woman who is ready to invest in herself to address her food/health/lifestyle concerns for which she needs long-term guidance, support, and accountability. The service includes: a health & lifestyle review, seven coaching sessions* by video conference or phone, unlimited messaging support, a synopsis of each session with resources as necessary, and a personal membership portal for 3 months.
Selfie
This one-time new client coaching session is best suited for the woman who wishes to discuss her food/health/lifestyle issues and concerns and wants to brainstorm methods of improvement and change, but does not want support or accountability. The service includes: a health & lifestyle review, one 1.25-hour coaching session by video conference, one week of follow-up messaging support, a synopsis of the session with resources as necessary, and a personal membership portal for one week.
Refresh Package
The 3-month Refresh Package is for the former client who wants to re-engage in the coaching relationship for support and accountability working with former or new food/health/lifestyle issues and concerns. The service includes: a health & lifestyle review, seven coaching sessions* by video conference or phone, unlimited messaging support, a synopsis of each session with resources as necessary, and your personal membership portal.
Own It
This one-time coaching session is for the former client who wishes to touch base or fine-tune her existing food/health/lifestyle program and is motivated to make change without support and accountability. The service includes: a health & lifestyle review, one 1.25-hour coaching session by video conference, one week of follow-up messaging support, a synopsis of the session with resources as necessary, and a personal membership portal for one week.
